A game is a combination of hundreds of man-hours spent by different people in different domains, their work coming together in the form of a game to provide players with an amazing experience. It took 38 people (28 from Nukebox, and 10 from Tilting Point) and an amazingly short period of 10 months for SpongeBob: Krusty Cook-Off to go from ideation to soft launch, a feat only a few are able to achieve.

As reported by  Matthew Forde from Pocket Gamer Biz in an interview with Tilting Point VP of Product Yang Wen:  “No matter the size of the game or how long it ultimately took to make, each new title involves a lot of hard work, hard decisions, and a little bit of luck before it even gets out the door and onto devices. And in the current mobile market, that’s only the first step in having a successful game.”

“Nukebox Studios’ expertise in the area of cooking genre and Tilting Point’s Progressive Publishing model paved the way for SpongeBob: Krusty Cook-Off,” adds Yang Wen. Krusty Cook-Off took the world by storm even before its release, with 17 Million pre-registrations! Click here for more details on the discerning conversation.
