To play in the next location, you will need to unlock that location. On the map where you can see all the locations, tap on the location to unlock it.

To unlock some locations, you will need to be at a particular XP level. If you do not have a sufficient XP level for a particular location, you can accrue XP by continuing to play in the locations that are available to you.

Is it becoming too tough to handle large number of customers at once? You can increase their wait-time by upgrading the exteriors of your Food Truck. You can buy various items like Boomboxes, Tables and Seats to make a comfortable and entertaining environment for your Customers, which will convince them to wait longer for their order to be delivered.

Your Customers are impatient, and waiting for a long time gets them frustrated. To get higher Tips, deliver their orders as fast as possible.

Better Ingredients mean better tasting food. Upgrade your Ingredients to improve your Customers’ satisfaction and get higher Tips from them.

Have you noticed that sometimes your Customers wish for a bonus item (like cup-cakes and truffles for instance)? Although it is completely optional to serve them, serving them is a solid means to getting high Tips.

The Carnival Challenge is a cook-off event that gives you 15 very advanced levels that only the best Chefs can handle. These levels are brand new and compared to the regular levels, pretty extreme.

Carnival Challenge will be available once you are eligible for it. You will see it in the map whenever it is available.

You may have to spend some Gems and Coins to get into the Carnival Challenge, but if you manage to beat it, the rewards are pretty awesome 🙂

Updates to Food Truck Chef™ will be installed automatically as long as you have auto-update enabled.

If you are not receiving the updates automatically, please find Food Truck Chef™ on Google Play and tap on the 'Update' button. This will manually initiate the update process. If you cannot find an update button on Google Play, it means that your installation of Food Truck Chef™ is up to date.

Your progress will be saved in the cloud automatically when you login with your Google ID/ or Apple ID whenever you are online. In case your progress in the cloud and your device don’t match, we will ask you to select the one which you would like to save.

You will be able to transfer progress to your new device if you had logged into the game using your Facebook ID in the previous device and saved your progress in the cloud. All you have to do is just login using the same Facebook ID  on the new device, and your progress will be restored to you.

In Food Truck Chef, a "+" button is available next to your Coin and Gem collection on the top section of the screen. Tap on this button to open the store. You will find Gems and Coins on sale in the store. You may also want to explore the 'Free' section, which offers you a few different ways to earn Gems and Coins for free!

• Just go to the settings screen and tap the data-deletion icon.
• Confirm that you would like to initiate the deletion process by pressing the ‘delete’ option.
• A ‘Deletion Request Email’ will be automatically generated. Press send.
• The deletion process will begin immediately, starting with the immediate deletion of the game data on your device.
